1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Valour Sparkle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Valour Sparkle provides professional carpet, rug, upholstery, and mattress cleaning services in the Boksburg area and surrounding regions. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage.
3. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability confirmation.
- Online payments are processed securely via Ozow. Cash payments must be agreed upon in advance.
- A booking confirmation is sent to your email address upon successful payment.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Access & Preparation
- You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the items to be cleaned.
- Large furniture should be cleared from carpeted areas prior to our arrival unless a furniture-moving service has been arranged.
- Valour Sparkle is not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
5. Results & Liability
While we use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions, results may vary depending on the age, condition, and soiling level of items. Pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or deterioration caused by prior improper cleaning are not covered by our service guarantee.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and logos — is the property of Valour Sparkle and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
8. Changes to Terms
Valour Sparkle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
